If a live course you're attending stops playing, try these steps:

1. Click the 'pause' button and then the play button.

2. If that doesn’t work, try refreshing the page.

That should do the trick; however, if you continue to have difficulties you may need to connect to a stronger internet source to view the course as videos are streamed from the internet.
