Certificates are downloaded as a .pdf file. If you are having difficulty printing your certificate, it is likely related to one of these things:

  1. You do not have a .pdf reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) on your device. Try downloading that.
  2. You are not sure where the downloaded file saved. Try searching your downloads or the folder that your downloads are directed to on your device.
  3. It is a browser issue. Try switching browsers (e.g. if you are on Chrome, try Firefox).
  4. It is a device issue.  Try using a different laptop/computer.
  5. It is a network issue.  Try using a different internet source.
If you get a message that says the course is no longer available, that means the site does not have you registered as having completed the course (i.e. you do not have a green check mark next to Video, Feedback, and Exam).

If you are sure that you completed the course, I would recommend verifying whether or not you happened to have completed it on a different account. Sometimes users inadvertently create multiple accounts with different email addresses.
