Certificates are downloaded as a .pdf file. If you are having difficulty printing your certificate, it is likely related to one of these things:
- You do not have a .pdf reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) on your device. Try downloading that.
- You are not sure where the downloaded file saved. Try searching your downloads or the folder that your downloads are directed to on your device.
- It is a browser issue. Try switching browsers (e.g. if you are on Chrome, try Firefox).
- It is a device issue. Try using a different laptop/computer.
- It is a network issue. Try using a different internet source.
If you get a message that says the course is no longer available, that means the site does not have you registered as having completed the course (i.e. you do not have a green check mark next to Video, Feedback, and Exam).
If you are sure that you completed the course, I would recommend verifying whether or not you happened to have completed it on a different account. Sometimes users inadvertently create multiple accounts with different email addresses.
