If you are attempting to use our site and see an error message, this typically happens for two reasons:

  1. Your browser is not supported  -
    Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for viewing our content on Bright Ideas.  Try registering in a different browser (e.g. if you are in Internet Explorer, try Chrome).
  2. You are on a work network that has a security filter interfering with access to the site -
    To check this, try using a device not connected to a work WiFi (e.g. your phone on cellular data, or a home network).
