To request a cancellation of a paid course/conference, participants must provide written notice by email to hello@bethebrightest.com within 24 hours of placing their order and the full course/conference fee will be refunded. If notice is not given within 24 hours, or a participant is a "no show" to a scheduled event that already took place, you will not be eligible for a refund; however, you may request a credit toward another course/ conference by emailing hello@bethebrightest.com within 7 days of the event end date.
If a course or conference is canceled by Bright Ideas Media, a full refund or credit toward another course/conference will be issued. If a course/conference is rescheduled, participants will have 48 hours from notification to request a refund/credit. After 48 hours, you will automatically be enrolled in the rescheduled event.
